Martin
is a highly qualified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor & Weight Management Specialist. Having been attached to
professional football clubs from a very young age, his career in the sports world started as a Professional Footballer for
AFC Bournemouth. He was forced to stop playing as a professional at 19 however due to injury. His career path then changed
from here, but staying in sport he went on and obtained a BSc (Hons) Sports Science (2:1) Degree which gave him a firm understanding
of the biomechanical and physiological demands placed on the body during motion. Further study with The Training Room and
Future Fit Training increased his extensive list of qualifications to become an Advanced Level Personal Trainer and Advanced
Level Pilates Instructor.

Martin has also lectured and taught at taught at 6th form colleges
and schools. He has worked alongside people from a vast array of fitness backgrounds from elite athletes to previously
totally sedentary individuals and with this knowledge and experience of working with different people Martin can help anyone
with a desire to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Having
built strong relationships with people within current professional sports teams as well as being able to call on one of the
most knowledgeable and vastly experienced minds within the fitness world as a mentor figure, Martin is constantly at the forefront
of developments within the industry. He is also currently in training for the Virgin London Marathon in April this year which
will be his first!
